My wife's UK based company has unfairly dismissed her for gross misconduct after a biased disciplinary process based on false allegations. Basic tenets of fairness and kuwait labor and constitutional laws were violated. She has been denied her notice pay and emoluments amounting to over 80,000 Kuwaiti Dinars.
