• Generate and maintain a credible forecast of accounts and provide this information on a regular basis to management.
• Identify opportunities for cross selling and up-selling.
• Manage relationships with business partners.
• Use CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of sales cycle.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations with customers.
• Marketing activities using telephone prospecting, email campaign, social marketing.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • • Experience in closing sales.
  • • Minimum 1 year experience in ERP sales.
  • • Strong knowledge of computers and software.
  • • Strong computing skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • • A demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and find solutions.
  • • Proven skills with forecasting and pipeline development within a defined territory.
  • • Knowledge of competing ERP/DMS solutions will be considered an asset.
  • • Hunter mentality.
  • • Bachelor or higher diploma degree.
  • • Achieve sales targets.
  • • Meets cold-calling targets and converts cold-calls to hits.
  • • Demonstrates product knowledge and applies to cold-calls.
  • • Achieves and has potential to exceed personal sales targets.
  • • Delivers excellence in customer satisfaction whilst delivering successful and profitable projects.
  • • 1-2 meetings a day.
