Review of Kuwait National Exchange Company W.L.L.

Hi I send money to the Philippines through NEC processed by bpi. They take too much charges I send to one person a total of 54kd including their charge of 1kd the rate was P156.10 but instead they put a total of P8,117.000 and it was being processed for 24 hours through cebuana and they didn't inform about it they said "we move money fast" my receiver claimed it today and she only received a total of P7,777.000 how could it be? They take too much charges . I can't even call them for some questions because they did not put any contact numbers.
