I've called your H.O number ******** and someone answered my call after 2 hours!! i was just asking if i can track my shipment by using my mobile number because i left my receipt in home, then the guy that i think an old man replied to me that i think in a bisaya word that i don't know what he is talking about, then suddenly he stop talking for a minute and left me hanging because he was talking to his office mate, I've tried to say hello for 3 times then he answered me this " TAWAGAN MU NALANG AKO PAG NASA BAHAY KANA" what a good reply from one of your staff, 1st he talked i think in Bisaya 2nd he told me to call him back if im home, is that a good customer service from your company, im your customer for almost 3 years now, and i can track my shipment by using my cell phone number. Im so upset by the conversation that i had from one of your staff!!
