With the failure to find suitably qualified and experienced companies to carry out the challenging earthworks and marine elements of its huge Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City project in the south of Kuwait, the Marzouq family decided to set up their own construction company to fulfil these requirements. Employing the most experienced civil and marine engineers in the region, and with massive investment in a fleet of excavation and earthmoving equipment, La’ala has repeatedly delivered on time and to the highest quality, over 45,000,000 square meters of land and waterways to date.
