Reviews of KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN ( KFC ) - Kuwait City

I just went to KFC in Maryville Tn. I ordered the two piece basket hot chicken. It was awful. The chicken was so greasy you couldn't eat it and not only that the biscuit was next to the chicken and had soaked up the grease and was red from the grease. The colonel would not be happy with what you did to his chicken.

7-21-15, our family craved Kentucky fried chicken but we got disappointed. I would have never thought that a well known branch name like "KFC" would give their customers double cooked chicken.We payed what the price was but yet they cannot give us the satisfaction we are asking for. Is it that hard to give your customers fresh cooked food? Not only did they give us old chicken but they did not give us a reciept, they"re guilty that"s why. We are not naive, to not notice what"s fresh and what"s not.KFC palmdale avenue S 25th street.

Walked into a local KFC mouth watering and belly growling expecting the delicious food that I have eaten for most of my youth, that is until now. It seems that this isn't the only company trying to freshen up the brand, but so far in my opinion Taco Bell is the only one that has been successful. I can live with the new gravy, but the baked beans tasted like van camps straight out of the can. To be honest I expect more when I pay $8.99 for a meal.(where a drink is not included ) In time I hope you can figure out a way to satisfy all of our tastes no matter how finicky they may be. But until then great job with your creativity with the Taco Bell menu and Merry Christmas.

I went to the drive through at kfc at around 6:57pm on 8-20-14. I was placing my order when a very rude lady said she didn't get any of that and needed to speak again. I said, "okay can you hear me now?" She said, "I didn't say I couldn't hear you, I said you was talking to fast. (You know in that ghetto voice) so I slowed my order down and talked real slow. She interrupted me repeating the things I said previously. I said, "so you did understand me then didn't you." She got even more rude and said, "just pull to the front and someone else will take your order." I sat there for a few seconds just thinking to myself and pulled up. A real nice lady took my order I think her name was Alliyha. She handed me my drinks and closed the window... They made me wait 10-15 mins at the window. I was getting upset so I took down the number that was on the window for the general manager. I seen the girl that I spoke with first and I knew it was her because it was short staff and she was the only one with a headset on... She then threw my food at me! And went to close the window. I said wait a second I have a question. What is the store number here. She pointed down at the number I took down from the window. I said no the store number. She said 48 and slammed the window. I tried to get her attention and she would not look. (She was by the window the whole time and could see my jesters) I honked my horn a few time and still didn't look. I honked a few more time and finally opened the window really fast and said what? I asked her for her name and she said Ashely not get out of here because I have other customers. At that point her eyes where as big and wide as they would go. I did indeed leave and when I got home to eat the food it was very nasty! The chicken was very tough and cold! I would never go back to the kfc off of beach and western center. Not good customer service at all! I believe Alisha should be written up/fired due to the way she treats customers!
