Drilling foreman on Saudi Aramco Company from 2014 until now.Control Drilling problem- partial and total loss while drilling, running and cement Casing.- In charge to carry out gas & oil wells under best conditions of time, cost, safety & quality.- In charge to apply and respect the drilling program, make respect the methods, standard rules and the procedures of Company, ensure MOC’s are in place for any deviations from policy, ensure HSE and drilling policies are incorporated into well designs, drilling operations and drilling services.Maintain good teamwork, coaching skills, share knowledge and best practices with other team’s Personal commitment, Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, Leadership skills in a diverse geographic and cultural environment
