Maintain and develop professional relationship internally with the team and externally with the clients .Operated the works with the clints &the Company throw some projects in several activities like Food Facility ,Commercial units ,Residential buildings , Industrial units ,Factories and Camps From international brands.

Key Deliverables :
-Monitoring and supervising Two departments (Technically, Admin, Legal and Warehouse)
-Linked Between Departments , Clients, Managements
-Linked Between the Departments, Suppliers for arranging the requirements
-Linked between the Vehicles & Maintenance
-Ensure the implementation of company policy and procedures.
-Ensure the implementation of Technically standards within all Pest Control reporting.
-Safeguard company assets and ensure that insurance policies are applied .
-Review periodical Financial Statements and its related of Pest Control analysis .
-Prepare audits requirements.
-Monitor and review Technically process and flow to ensure smooth operation and processes are there and update it if required.
-Assist with HR in recruiting Supervisors/Technicians, assist with sales team for survey and cost
estimation, assist with accounts team for monthly invoicing and meet monthly budget and profit
forecast
-Work on improving, developing and enhancing Technically team skills.
-Technically advisor for all departments whom in need for any assist.
-Request quotations from suppliers and choose the lowest price and the highest quality & Negotiating a price reduction .
-Have contacts with suppliers internal/externa Kuwaiti from various fields Especially pesticides.
-Preparing of the quotations.
