Good Morning,

Early last week I rented one of your flats in Abu Halifa. I liked the flat and instantly paid advance money to book the flat.

I went yesterday to take measurement of the room so that I could get suitable house old things like cupboard and fridge and washing machine.

To my surprise, the electrical switches were broken, window glass broken, balcony door handle broken, toilet seat broken, the worst was in one room there is a huge area where there is water leakage and it looks bad...Add to this all rooms the pain on the wall is very bad.
I gently told the Harras, if you could please have these fixed before I come to live here.. He said he will only fix the electrical and the toilet, rest broken window and handle and paint I have to do. I gave him an example saying if you go to a new house and all things are broken in the house, will it be fair that you pay for the damaged things. He said this is Al Arbeed policy. I said no it is not.
I told him, I liked the place as this is going to be my home for many years and what you are saying is wrong and not true.

Please look into this and do the needful if you feel what I am saying right.
I will be taking photos and keeping on my mobile so you can see how ugly things are in the room even before I can shift to the flat
