Al Bahar Medical Services Co.is very worst company. this company is cheating to all staff everyday. they are not following ministry rules. They are creating there rules.so many problems suffering there nsg staff.specially for salary,vacation.and if any body wants to go for vacation they will not give leave,and if they give leave then so many conditions they will keep infront of u.if any body wants to resign then staff has to pay 3000KD.over all this company is cheating with all nursing staff.

Dear guys, dont come and join this company. they are thieves. No human rights on your job. Come only under ministry. They are very very bad people. Not give salary on time. Give penalty on your off days.

One of the worst company in Kuwait. Dear brothers and sisters dont come under this company. Worst company coordinators and managment, you will not get salary on time, you will not get emergency leaves, your will surrender your passport and education certificates, you need to submit your bank cards, you need to pay 3000 KD bond before vacation(if u have bank loan) or u need to provide 2 friends reference, you cannot take sick leave, you cannot refuse replacement duty, You will get penalty if you refuse replacement duty, you will get maximum 350 KD which is not a good salary in kuwait. They will treat you like their home servants.
You cannot complain to anybody, if you make strike, they will terminate the person leading the strike. no friends, no associations, no embassy will help you here in kuwait..

This is my humble request, dont come and join to "Al Bahar Medical Services Co. W.L.L." kuwait..
