Al Othman & Al Bisher Trading Co. (OBTC) was launched in 1974, as a Grocery or foodstuff distributor, in Kuwait. After achieving good stature and reputation in the grocery business.

OBTC gradually expanded and entered the Household market. Today, we are the exclusive agents, importers and distributors for a large number of prestigious and multinational brands. We are ranked as one of the largest and most professional Grocery and Household Houseware distributing company, leading the industry in Kuwait.

OBTC, equipped with its nation-wide distribution network, caters to every potential segment of the market, comprising of cooperatives, supermarkets, grocery stores, department stores, houseware or household stores, hardware stores, and hypermarkets. Alongside, we also cater to restaurants, hotels and catering institutions. While maintaining our regular supplies to refineries, Defense and Health ministries, we also participate in government tenders.

Our strength lies in its professional staff, containing over 80 trained and professional individuals. Our infrastructure consists of 3 storekeepers, 10 delivery trucks, 10 drivers, 30 laborers, 12 sales representatives, 14 specialized merchandisers, and an administrative staff of 15 people. Our modern, massive and well-equipped warehousing system compliments our business strength and service delivery.
