It is one of the pioneering businesses created by Kuwait Finance House and is regulated by Islamic Shariaa. Due to its various activities and its impressive performance over the course of four years, the Extraordinary General Assembly on June 4th, 1997 determined that the Company's capital should be increased to K.D 45 million.
