Review very bad service

my washing machine is not working.they promise ,several times, to send a technician to inspected, but technician failed to show up. finally he came and said the machine needs to be sent to the workshop and LG will pick it up next day.unfortunately, they kept promising but failed to pick it up every time. At the end they collected the machine and till now ( 5 days later) they have not reported the repairs required. The duration from the day I called the service center till now is 3 weeks.
